All orders are packed and shipped within 1 or 2 days and delivery depends on the shipping country.
Shipping to The Netherlands will be delivered in 1-2 working days.

International shipping is charged on the weight of your order and the shipping country. The shipping costs may vary for different countries.

Standard and express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you have entered the delivery address, you’ll be able to see the available delivery services.
Tracking is available for all delivery services. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way to you, with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. If your order does not arrive within these time frames, please contact our friendly Customer Services team who will be happy to help email them email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL ORDERS
All our orders are subject to fraud checks. If there is a chance your order will be delayed as a result of this, you will be informed by email.
Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses and we have a few restrictions for PO Box Delivery.
No orders for Norway or Switzerland can be delivered to a PO Box at this time.
Express deliveries can only be made to PO Boxes in the following countries where you will be contacted once your order arrives in the country for further delivery arrangements to be made:
- Saudi Arabia
- United Arab Emirates
We will only charge you once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for delivery outside the Netherlands, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the Netherlands. We reserve the right to define which products may be shipped to your delivery country of choice.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for delivery outside the Netherlands. Just Stitched does not offer any assistance in this process.

RETURNS AND CONDITIONS
The following is applicable only to orders placed via this website.
Once received, goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or are simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the goods in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase.
Please note that the initial Delivery charges (if any were applied) are only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect goods.
If you choose to cancel, then you must, at your own cost, return the Product(s) to us at our office address (see section 2) within 30 days from the date the order is received. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the Product(s). We may make a deduction from any refund we owe you for use as a result of any unnecessary handling by you (i.e. beyond what you would do in a store).
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the goods to us. Goods purchased in currencies other than Euros, UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Danish Kroner and Russian Rubles will be refunded in local currencies at your bank or card issuers exchange rates.

Pierced products (such as earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org when you want to return your item(s).
Whenever returning goods, please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase.
Your items don’t need to be in the original packaging as long as they’re securely packaged. You will need your Order ID and the email address associated with your Just Stitched account to process your return.
With your printed returns slip take your parcel to a Post Office or parcel depot and, where possible, obtain a Certificate of Postage/receipt. You should retain this until your refund is processed.
